At SIDAPHARM P.C., we are committed to environmental protection and sustainable development in all our activities related to the design, manufacture, and distribution of surgical and ophthalmic products.
We aim to achieve and maintain compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and other environmental obligations while continually improving the effectiveness of our Environmental Management System.
Our commitments are to:
Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and other environmental requirements.
Protect the environment, including pollution prevention, sustainable use of resources, and reduction of environmental impacts.
Promote efficient use of energy, water, and raw materials across all operations.
Minimize waste generation and promote reuse and recycling wherever feasible.
Monitor and improve environmental performance through measurable objectives and regular review.
Provide a framework for environmental objectives aligned with this policy.
Ensure awareness and engagement of employees regarding environmental responsibilities.
Encourage suppliers and contractors to adopt environmentally responsible practices.
Consider environmental impacts across the product life cycle, including design, manufacturing, packaging, and disposal.
Communication and Review

Communicated to all persons working under SIDAPHARM’s control.
Made available to relevant interested parties.
Reviewed periodically, at least annually, or when significant changes occur in legal requirements, organizational structure, or operations.
