Anti-bribery Policy

At SIDAPHARM P.C., we are committed to a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption. We strive to achieve and maintain compliance with ISO 37001:2016, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations by continuously improving our quality management system (QMS). 
 
Our anti-bribery policy is based on the following core principles: 
Zero-tolerance on offering, giving, soliciting, or accepting any bribe or improper advantage. 
Zero-tolerance on making facilitation payments or kickbacks. 
Zero-tolerance on engaging in any form of corruption or influence peddling. 
Zero-tolerance on ignoring or failing to report any suspected or known bribery-related activities. 
 
Enforcement 
Establish a compliance framework in line with ISO 37001. 
Conduct periodic bribery risk assessments. 
Implement due diligence on employees, suppliers, agents, and other third parties. 
Provide training and awareness sessions to all staff. 
Ensure that whistleblowers are protected and can report concerns confidentially. 
 
Communication and Awareness 
This policy is communicated to all employees and relevant stakeholders and is available publicly upon request. Training is conducted during onboarding and at regular intervals. 
 
Review 
This policy shall be reviewed annually or when significant legal, organizational, or operational changes occur. 
 
The Anti-Bribery Policy is communicated within the organization.
