Whistleblower Protection Policy

At SIDAPHARM P.C., we are committed to protect individuals who report concerns in good faith related to bribery, corruption, misconduct, or ethical violations, and to prevent retaliation in accordance with ISO 37001:2016 and applicable whistleblower protection laws. 
 
The company encourages all stakeholders to report unethical, illegal, or suspicious activities without fear of retaliation. Reports may be made anonymously or confidentially. Any act of retaliation against a whistleblower will be treated as a serious violation of company policy and subject to disciplinary action. 
 
Rights of the Whistleblower 
 
The right to report concerns in good faith without fear of harassment, dismissal, or reprisal 
The right to remain anonymous if desired 
The right to be informed of the outcome of the investigation (if not anonymous) 
The right to access internal or external protection resources where applicable 
 
Prohibited Retaliation 
 
Retaliation includes but is not limited to: 
Dismissal, demotion, suspension, or disciplinary actions 
Harassment, intimidation, or social exclusion 
Unjustified change in duties, work location, or conditions 
Threats or verbal abuse 
Any employee found to have engaged in retaliation will be subject to disciplinary measures up to and including termination of employment. 
 
Confidentiality 
 
All reports and the identities of whistleblowers shall be treated as strictly confidential and only disclosed to personnel directly involved in the investigation or as required by law. 
 
Review 
The policy shall be reviewed annually or when significant legal, organizational, or operational changes occur.

The Whistleblower Protection Policy is communicated within the organization.
